Planning permission has finally been received for our single dwelling house at the site of the former Rowallandale Kennels, Waterfoot. This is a contemporary dwelling inspired by the local vernacular, blending traditional and locally sourced materials with the integration of low and zero carbon technologies to create an energy efficient home in a unique setting.

Planning was recently granted for our residential proposal at Kelbourne Street on behalf of Kelvin Properties in Glasgow’s West End.

A great start to the week reaching yet another Project Milestone. Our residential scheme, Kelbourne Street, in the West End of Glasgow, has now been submitted for planning.
