We had some exciting news last week that our planning application for Minerva Street has been approved!
The proposal comprises an 8-storey residential development for Nevis Properties at 131 Minerva Street in the Finnieston area of Glasgow. The L-shaped design comprises 59 homes, each with a private external balcony or terrace. The building’s location gives a unique opportunity to deliver a dynamic development that will make a positive contribution to the ongoing regeneration of Glasgow’s city centre. The design ethos throughout is the aspiration of creating a sustainable urban environment and active neighbourhood.
Communal green space at Level 01 accommodates social gatherings and children’s play, while the large resident’s rooftop terrace space gives the opportunity for outdoor dining and exercise, with views to the south along the River Clyde.
