Are you an ambitious and talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant with at least 2/3 years Practice experience, ready to take ownership of your work and help design inspiring spaces?

We deliver projects across the UK, ranging from town centre regeneration to city centre mixed-use developments, conservation retrofits, regional headquarters, small-scale office fit-outs, Passivhaus projects and the careful detail of private homes.

We are looking for someone who can:

 

  • Clearly articulate ideas, both verbally and through drawing and presentation
  • Contribute creative ideas, engage in design discourse and actively participate with the Client and wider Design Team
  • Be critical and self-analytical, learning from previous projects and experiences
  • Demonstrate a practical technical knowledge of materials, manufacturing, processes, finishes, trades, suppliers.
  • Produce drawn and digital presentation work of a high graphic standard, aligned with practice brand guidelines.
  • Prepare coordinated presentation and drawing packages with an awareness of programme and project constraints

 

Essential:

 

  • Strong proficiency in Revit
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Ability and motivation to work effectively as part of a team led by a Project Architect, whilst also demonstrating initiative and self-direction
  • An excellent communicator, confident in formal written communication including emails and reports
  • Confident contributing in client and design team meetings.
  • Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)

 

Desirable:

 

  • Interest in sustainable design approaches, including Passivhaus
  • Experience across a range of project stages
