An 8-storey residential development for Nevis Properties on Minerva Street in the Finnieston area of Glasgow.

This design features an 8-storey L-shaped building accommodating 59 apartments, each with a private external terrace or balcony in the popular Finnieston area of Glasgow. The building’s location gives a unique opportunity to deliver a dynamic development that will make a positive contribution to the ongoing regeneration of Glasgow’s city centre. The design ethos throughout is the aspiration of creating a sustainable urban environment and active neighbourhood.

Communal green spaces accommodate social gatherings and children’s play, while the large resident’s rooftop terrace space gives the opportunity for outdoor dining and exercise, with views to the south along the River Clyde.
