It’s been a busy start to the year, with an exciting range of projects, of varying scale and programme, progressing across work stages and taking us from Coventry in the south to Dundee in the north.

We are delighted to have lodged a planning application for 203 dwellings at Pacific Quay, neighbouring Festival Park, on behalf of Stewart Milne Group.

Holland Park will host a community of close to 900 people once completed, making it one of Scotland’s largest housing projects.
