HAUS are pleased to have received support from the Planning Applications Committee for a project that sits at the heart of such an important and emotive site in Glasgow.

We recognise the deep cultural and architectural significance of the context on Sauchiehall Street. Our approach has been one of careful reflection, respectful dialogue and bold vision, acknowledging the hugely challenging nature of the site.

We believe architecture must evolve through thoughtful response, and on behalf of our client House of Social, we are committed to delivering a building that both acknowledges its past and serves future generations.

A central feature of the development will be its ground-floor food hall, which will be open to the public, providing a vibrant space celebrating Glasgow’s food and music culture.

We hope it contributes positively to the city’s rich narrative and ongoing creative spirit.
